    WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

    You can place an order on the website 24 hours a day but if you want to talk to us then our office hours are currently 9-5 Monday to Friday.

     

    I WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT AND SOME MORE PICTURES…

    HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?

    Simply enter your code when prompted at checkout. Please be aware that promotional codes are valid for a specific length of time so be sure to use it within that window.

     

    I’M INTERESTED IN ONE OF YOUR VINTAGE ITEMS HOWEVER I DON’T WANT ANYTHING WITH IMPERFECTIONS, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CONDITION THE ITEM IS IN BEFORE I PURCHASE?

    All items have been photographed to show their true condition, please check through the images carefully and use the zoom tool where necessary. Vintage items tend to have wear that is consistent with the age, however we try to be as clear as possible with photography and condition description. We are happy to provide additional images if required.

     

    WHEN WILL YOU DEBIT MY ORDER?

    All orders are debited in full at the time of the order.

     

    I’VE BEEN NOTIFIED OF MY ORDER’S DISPATCH, HOWEVER I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHERE IT IS?

    Please email us at hello@ceraudo.com stating your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. All of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.

     

    WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?

    All large pieces of furniture will be booked in with you before-hand.  Smaller items will either be sent by Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Please look out for a calling card which will tell you what to do next. Parcel Force and Royal Mail will take your parcel to your local postal depot ready for collection.

     

    WHAT DO I DO IF I URGENTLY NEED TO SPEAK TO THE COURIER?

    We currently use Deliver Clever for all large items of furniture, and they would be happy to talk to you on 0844 800 1091 or office@deliverclever.com. Please give them your full name and postcode.
